All pastries are NOT gluten free nor vegan. Before any products are made, surfaces are wiped down and equipment, along with hands, are washed properly. Some products contain nuts, check pastry descriptions before ordering. All ingredients are stored in airtight containers and kept fresh. Finished orders are kept sealed and refrigerated.
